These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Milly ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Milly provides AI-powered search for your Shopify storefront, indexing your product catalog to return more relevant results to your customers. Features may change or be improved over time.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the product data in your store, which the App indexes for search.
• You are responsible for reviewing search results shown to your customers.

3. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
